As with any organization, we too have a story! Grace Home Ministries is a non-profit organization based in Central Virginia focused on supporting teen mothers through parenthood.
As a former volunteer and Mentor Coordinator, Jessica understands the program and its impact. She is responsible for making sure that the program is meeting the needs of teen moms in the area! If you have any questions about mentoring, volunteering or getting a young mom connected with the ministry, she’s your girl!
Taryn has been volunteering with Grace Home for a year now. She began as a mentor and rapidly transitioned into a staff role. She currently serves as our Program Director and is a married mother of four wonderful children.
Vanessa is a teacher and mom who began serving at Grace Project as a volunteer and now leads childcare as the Childcare Director. She plans fun, simple learning activities for the babies each week and enjoys supporting moms as they learn about their children’s growth and development.
